backroads1's 2012 West Liberty surrounding area tornadoes album on Photobucket

Coach Cal got a birds-eye view of the cleanup still underway in West Liberty, where devastating tornadoes hit in March. Cal spent time in Morgan County Friday as part of a live broadcast of Kentucky Sports Radio. Such a gracious and generous gesture from the greatest coach in America…Gary Holbrook@GarysWorld USA
Coach Cal quote: “If we all come together as a team, as a group, amazing things can get done,” Calipari said on the radio. “It’s not each individual just trying to do their own thing. It’s everybody coming together to say we can do this one way. … This community in three years will be way better than it ever was if you all come together. I think that’s what’s happening here.”
Donate at: WestLiberty.comOverall, an estimated $60,000 was donated by Friday evening to the Morgan County Long Term Recovery Team, which will feed the money directly back to the people of West Liberty through grants.

Great turnout today in West Liberty. Ellen and I will match donations up to $25,000. Donate at WestLibertyRecovery.com or call 606-743-1080.
